Wellbeing

Wellbeing and Burnout

Producing a lot is fine; knowing the cost is even better.

The human side of the metrics

While analytics celebrate your productivity, Wellbeing watches its price: it analyzes your real working patterns to catch burnout before it arrives.

The four signals

The screen sums up your state in four indicators:

Energy level

Your day-to-day battery, with trend: improving, stable or declining.

Burnout risk

Percentage and level: low, moderate, high or critical.

Breaks

Average minutes of disconnection between sessions.

Night work

Percentage of sessions outside working hours.

Factors and suggestions

When risk rises, the screen names the detected factors (recent overloads, sessions without breaks, night work) and offers immediate suggestions for each.

Weekly summary

A wellbeing score with the week's positives and areas to improve, plus the overall trend: improving, stable or needs attention.

Fed by your real usage

The analysis comes from your timer sessions and breaks. The more honest the signal (use the timer, mark breaks), the more useful the diagnosis.

Pro Tip: It is a self-awareness tool, not a medical diagnosis. If the numbers and your body say the same thing, listen to your body.
