By accessing or using Ordo Todo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are in beta: the prices and limits on the pricing page are our stated intent, not a contract, until billing goes live. When it launches, subscriptions will be processed by Stripe, with a 14-day Pro trial without a card and a 14-day grace period if a payment fails. Reading and exporting your data are never blocked for non-payment.
Data processing (DPA)
A standard data-processing agreement is planned for organizations on paid plans, including Enterprise. It will be published before billing goes live. Until then, the Privacy Policy and the security page describe how we handle your data.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so. You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Disclaimer
Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes.
