Everything you need to master Ordo Todo
Eisenhower Matrix
Two questions — urgent? important? — to decide what comes now.
How it works
The matrix sorts your pending tasks into four quadrants by urgency and importance. Ordo proposes a classification; the final call is yours.
The four quadrants
Each quadrant comes with a clear next action:
Do First
Urgent and important: today, hands on.
Schedule
Important, not urgent: it deserves a calendar slot.
Delegate
Urgent, not important: a candidate for new hands.
Delete
Neither urgent nor important: lower its priority so it stops getting in the way.
Dragging decides
Move tasks between quadrants by dragging: on drop, their real priority changes in the app (Do First = urgent, Schedule = high, Delegate = medium, Delete = low).
When to use it
It is the perfect triage exercise for Monday morning… or for any moment when everything seems urgent at once. Completing tasks is one click, without leaving the matrix.
Pro Tip: Dragging to "Delete" does not remove the task: it only lowers its priority so it stops getting in the way. Real deleting still happens in Tasks.
