Sticky Notes
Fast capture without friction: one post-it per idea, no statuses or dates.
What they are for
Notes are each workspace's capture zone: ideas, quick reminders and thoughts that do not deserve a task yet. You write; they save themselves.
Two modes: wall and board
Choose how to see your post-its depending on the moment:
Wall
Tidy grid: search, filter by color and edit cleanly.
Board
Free canvas: drag each note and group it wherever; position is saved.
Details that add up
They are simple on purpose, but nothing is missing:
Six colors
Change a note's color on the fly with its palette.
Autosave
"Writing…" → "Saved", no buttons, no fear.
Filter and search
Find the note among hundreds by color or text.
From idea to task
When a note matures, turn it into a task with a project and date, then delete the note. Notes capture; tasks commit.
Pro Tip: Give each color a fixed meaning (yellow = idea, pink = urgent, green = learning) and the color filter becomes your classification system.
