Workspaces
One container per area of your life: projects, people and activity, cleanly separated.
What a workspace is
It is the highest level of organization. Projects, tasks, notes and tags live inside a workspace, so personal never mixes with work or with each client.
The sidebar selector decides which workspace you are viewing: switch it and the tasks, calendar and notes you see change too. Everything stays where it belongs.
Roles: who can do what
Every member joins with a role. The hierarchy is simple and strict:
Owner
Created the workspace: invites, manages members and is the only one who can delete it.
Admin
Manages members, settings and activity. Can also invite.
Member
Works normally and creates projects inside the workspace.
Viewer
Read-only: sees content without changing anything.
Invite your team
From the workspace settings (Members tab) you invite by email and choose each person's role.
You can cancel pending invitations, change roles later, and any member can leave the workspace on their own (except the owner).
Recent activity
The workspace side panel shows a log of the latest actions: who created what, who joined, what moved.
It is an audit log of the workspace's latest actions. "View all activity" opens the full record.
Pro Tip: Start with three workspaces: Personal, Work and one for your current big client or project. Switching context is one click.
