Everything you need to master Ordo Todo
Goals (OKRs)
Big goals measured with numbers: the OKR method, inside Ordo.
Objective + Key Results
An Objective is the qualitative goal ("grow as a consultant"). Its Key Results are the metrics that prove progress ("3 new clients"). Together they form an OKR with its own progress bar.
Create your first objective
"New Objective" asks for title, description, period (quarterly, yearly or custom), color and dates. Average progress shows up on the dashboard right away.
Key Results: pick the metric type
Each KR supports five metric types, and Ordo fills in sensible values when you pick one:
Percentage
0 to 100: adoption, improvements, quotas. Autocompletes 0 → 100.
Number
Count anything: clients, posts, demos.
Currency
Revenue and savings, with a monetary unit.
Yes / No
Binary milestones: published or not, signed or not.
Completed tasks
Automatically counts tasks linked to the KR.
Connect tasks to your goals
KRs can be linked to concrete tasks: every completed task pushes the KR, and the KR pushes the objective's bar — no manual counting.
When creating or editing a task you can attach it to a Key Result. The KR shows how many tasks are linked.
Review it weekly
The screen tabs separate Active, Completed and At Risk. At-risk objectives are the ones that need a decision, not just effort.
Pro Tip: Two or three measurable KRs per objective. If it does not fit in a number, it is not a Key Result yet: sharpen it until it does.
