Scheduling

Auto-Scheduling

A proposed day plan with Do Date vs Due Date, automatic replanning and risk alerts.

Do Date is not Due Date

Due date is the deadline. Do Date is when you plan to do the work. The planner schedules by Do Date and warns when the deadline is at risk.

Do Date

Set per task. Tasks without one are scheduled around the ones that have it.

Replan

Day start, task completed or overrun: the plan rebuilds itself.

Your plan for today

1

Open My plan for today in the morning

2

Review the proposed blocks and freeze the ones you like

3

Apply the plan; tasks get their Do Dates

Risk alerts

Overload and deadline-at-risk warnings arrive with options: move, split, delegate — you decide.

Pro Tip: Durations improve over time: predictions learn from your own completed sessions.
