Zapier

Connect Ordo with Zapier

Use Ordo alongside thousands of apps through Zapier, while native integrations are on the way.

Steps

Create a new Zap

In Zapier, press Create Zap and pick the app that triggers the automation (for example, Gmail).

Add the Ordo step

As the action, search for Ordo and pick what you want to do, like creating a task.

Connect your account and approve

Zapier will ask you to connect your Ordo account. Your browser will open: sign in if needed and press Authorize.

Test and turn on

Send a test from Zapier, check that the task shows up in Ordo, and turn the Zap on.

Example: important email → task

When an email marked important arrives, create an Ordo task with the subject as the title:

Trigger: Gmail › New important email
Action: Ordo › Create task
  Title: {{email subject}}
  Project: Inbox
