Everything you need to master Ordo Todo
Connect Ordo to Hermes
Your memory-enabled personal helper now knows your tasks: ask it to organize you over Telegram, Discord or wherever you use it.
Guided connection
Add Ordo to Hermes by hand with the server address:
Open connections
In Hermes, go to Settings, then Connections. Press Add connection.
Create a manual connection
Choose manual connection and paste the server URL: https://api.ordotodo.app/mcp
Choose OAuth and approve
Under authentication, choose OAuth. Your browser will open your Ordo account: sign in if needed and you can go back to Hermes.
Ask Hermes for something
Message your helper something like remind me of today's habits. It will answer with your real data.
Manual setup (YAML file)
If you run Hermes from the terminal, add this to your ~/.hermes/config.yaml file:
Configuration block
mcp:
servers:
ordo:
url: https://api.ordotodo.app/mcp
auth: oauth # Hermes will open the browser on first useRestart Hermes and ask about today's tasks. If it answers with real data, it is connected.
Hermes › which habits are left today?
If something fails
The browser shows an error when approving
Close the tab, make sure you are signed in to Ordo in that browser, and try again.
Hermes says the connection failed
Check that the URL in config.yaml is exactly the one above, with https and no trailing slash, and restart Hermes.
Hermes answers without your data
Name Ordo in your message, for example: in Ordo, what is due tomorrow? That way Hermes knows where to look.
